- Booking Your Appointment
Our online booking system allows only **individual appointments**. To arrange bookings for multiple services, please contact us directly. We’ll be happy to assist with scheduling your appointments. We also require you to contact us for Spa Package bookings.
When you sign up to our booking system you will have access to your scheduled appointments along with previous bookings. Please let us know if you have any questions about the booking system. We are happy to help. Reach out to us at hello@thefollicle.com.
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment, but **you will NOT be charged at the time of booking**. Your preferred payment method is collected at checkout on the day of your service.
Your payment details are securely encrypted and stored through **Global Payments®**.
Gift cards cannot be used to make online reservations, but may be redeemed for payment at the spa.
- Cancellations & Changes
We understand that life happens, if you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide as much notice as possible so we can offer the time to another guest.
For individual bookings:
- More than 24 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
- 24 to 12 hours’ notice: 50% of the service fee charged.
- Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-show: Full service fee charged.
For group bookings (2+ guests):
- More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
- 48 to 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the total.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full service fee charged.
- Payment & Privacy
Your privacy is always protected at The Follicle Spa. All personal and payment data is handled securely, and we never share your information with third parties.
If you have any preferences, or concerns when booking, please call or email us before your appointment, as our online system can’t guarantee a specific technician or start times. We will be in touch within 1 business day to confirm your booking.
